COLD DRAWN WIRE

COLD DRAWN WIRE

What is Cold Drawn Wire?

As the name suggests, these wires are products produced by applying the cold rolling method to the wire raw material. It is generally used in the production of products that do not require corrosion resistance or that will be subject to painting and coating later. Care is taken to have as little rolling lubricants as possible on their surfaces as they will be subjected to a secondary treatment. The second process is usually straightening, welding, bending, etc. The processed products are then coated or painted.

Cold drawn wires produced in Kar-El Tel facilities are widely used in many fields such as construction, textile, building materials and livestock. You can open the relevant page for the Bright Wire product.
